Functions and Features
Motor Auto-Learning Function (SQW):When the motor auto-learning function is activated, the controller will run the motor through a series of tests to determine its maximum power output, efficiency, and other key performance metrics. Once the controller has completed its tests, it will use the data it has collected to adjust its settings and optimize its performance for the specific motor it is connected to. To shorten the development time for customers and provide a more convenient and efficient electric control system matching process, achieving the special advantage that one controller can flexibly match multiple motors.
Hall Auto-Repair Function:When the single hall auto-repair function is activated, the controller will run a series of tests to check the performance of the Hall sensor. If any issues are detected, the function will automatically attempt to repair them by adjusting the sensor’s position or other parameters. If the Hall sensor is not detecting the correct position of the motor’s rotor, the auto-repair function may adjust the sensor’s position to improve its accuracy. Alternatively, if the Hall sensor is damaged or malfunctioning, the function may switch to a backup sensor or disable the faulty sensor entirely. The single hall auto-repair function helps to ensure that the electric motor in the e-bike operates reliably and efficiently, providing smooth and consistent power output to the rider.

Fast Response Time:The short-circuit protection system must be designed with advanced circuitry and fast-acting components. This includes things like high-speed sensors, fast-acting fuses or circuit breakers, and high-performance microcontrollers that can detect and respond to short-circuits quickly and accurately. In addition to the hardware components, the software algorithms used to control the short-circuit protection system must also be optimized for fast response time. This includes things like predictive modeling and real-time monitoring, which can help the system anticipate and respond to short-circuits even faster.
